  2. Complete the fields in the form. Fields marked with * are required:

    • LX Name— enter a name for your Learning Experience. Check with your admin for any naming conventions your school follows.

    • Category— select a category. Check with your admin for guidance on which category to use.

    • LX Code — generated automatically once a category is selected.

    • Join Code (optional) — create a code learners can use to add the LX to their Beacon.

    • Start Date (optional, recommended) — sets when the LX becomes visible to learners.

    • End Date (optional) — sets when the LX becomes inaccessible.

    • Description (optional) — lets learners see what the LX covers.

    • Cover Image (optional) — helps learners easily identify your LX.

    • Links (optional) — add materials for learners to access.

    • Co-Facilitators (optional) — add co-teachers, special education staff, or admins who need access.

    • Learners — add groups or individual learners to the LX

  3. Select Save.

Pro Tip: Use 'My Groups' rather than Global Groups to add learners. This gives you direct control over who is in the LX and keeps your participant list in sync as your groups change.

Almost all LX details can be edited after saving.
